Calendar

For Frank's benefit, I have put up a little calendar for keeping up with some of our events. If anyone has anything else you want to put on here (birthdays, etc.), let me know. The calendar is over to the right.

Elder Study Numero Dos is tonight at the CDTs. The Knechts will be leading study 2. See you at 7:00.

We had a great time on Tuesday discussing the Schaeffer videos, although the rest of the Knecht family was sorely missed. The men's elder study "begins" on Monday at the CDTs house - 7:00. I am really looking forward to getting started, and it sounds like the rest of the men have all been dilligent in reading the book!

As mentioned on Tuesday, we would like to get a prayer meeting started soon. What kind of interest in this is there, and how would you like to do it? Should it be families, men, adults, weekly, monthly, semi-weekly?

1 Timothy 2:1 First of all, then, I urge that entreaties and prayers, petitions and thanksgivings, be made on behalf of all men, 2 for kings and all who are in authority, so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity. 3 This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth...8 Therefore I want the men in every place to pray, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and dissension.
