I wish the "scene" here in Tampa was better. I mean, I'm sure most everyone says that abut their city, unless you're in NYC or something, so lump me in. I don't think Ann Arbour will be playing out on the road much after this summer, which means it'll be mostly local shows. I want to be in a great local band, the kind that everyone goes out to see when they play. We should start playing more artsy, daring stuff that people respect and want to support. I think the major problem is the venues, and the lack of god ones. Brass Mug is just kind of trashy and metal looking, masquerade rapes the artists that play there but stealing all the money, orpheum doesn't do local shows, and theres like three other venues to divide everyone's attention. I guess we need a god DIY type venue where people want to hang out and feel like a part of something. Another reason the scene is dead is because of all the loser hardcore kids who insist on beating each other up to prove their pseudo-manliness. Lame. I just want to exist in a place where there is good music and good people who actually support it. I'm sure everyone can imagine my hatred for mainstream radio and the trash that is played on it. (Wow, am I turning into an Indie elitist or what, scary! Please forgive me.)

My Thoughts on Prayer
Our Father which art in Heaven
Hallowed be thy name
Thy kingdom come
Thy will be done
On earth as it is in Heaven
Give us this day our daily bread
And forgive us our debts
